Full Servo High Speed Roller Plate Blister Packing Machine
The high-speed blister packing machine is suitable for fully automatic high-speed blister packing of regular drugs such as capsules and tablets, as well as candies such as chewing gum, lozenges, and chocolate beans. It adopts a flat positive pressure forming method, and the blister is straight and uniform. The drum type mesh seal is reliable in sealing, equipped with batch number and indentation devices, and can be designed for edge free punching. It has a high degree of automation, high production capacity, and can greatly save the superior performance of packaging materials.
Technical characteristics
1. There are no tools to quickly change the mold, and the mold adopts a guided push type.
2. Adopting servo traction, simple setting and more convenient debugging.
3. Punching and push in installation, if equipped with inspection, waste removal and replacement, do not remove the suction head.
4. The forming heating plate has a long separation distance during shutdown, which can prevent PVC from being excessively softened.
5. It can be equipped with image detection and waste removal, mechanical arm suction head, and vibration guide automatic feeder.
6. It can be equipped with servo cursor alignment.
