RL melting granulator utilizes the low melting point characteristics of materials, and according to the viscosity range of the material in its molten state, a special fabric device is used to evenly distribute the molten liquid on the steel strip that moves uniformly below it. Under the cooling effect of the continuous spray device set below the steel strip, the material is cooled, solidified, and packaged during transportation, thereby achieving the purpose of granulation and forming.
RL melt granulator is a new type of (molten) forming granulator. The work changes from liquid to solid through transportation and cooling, and materials with a melting point range of 50 ℃ -300 ℃ can be granulated and formed. Dust free, improving the production environment; And it has certain economic value (energy-saving, packaging container economy). It can replace products quickly, make granular products aesthetically pleasing, uniform and nearly hemispherical granular, without thermal stress; Granular products are easy to package, transport, store, and are also easy for users to measure, mix or remelt, and can be produced continuously. The hot melt materials from the upstream process are evenly distributed on the steel strip moving uniformly below it through the granulator distributor. A continuous spray and cooling device is installed below the steel strip to force the materials above the steel strip to quickly cool and solidify during the movement process, thereby achieving the purpose of granulation and forming. According to the physical properties and usage requirements, the fabric feeder can choose different forms such as intermittent dripping, continuous stretching, and full width overflow to produce hemispherical, strip, and sheet products respectively.
For the direct granulation process, fabric forms such as external rotation, internal rotation, reciprocating, and vibration excitation can be selected; For the process of crushing condensation flakes, fabric forms such as gate type, tube type, and multi roll rolling can be selected; For the cooling process of solid powder, vibrating fabric and other forms of fabric distributors can also be used.
According to the needs of physical properties, technology, and layout, double-layer or multi-layer steel strip cooling can also be used for the condensation solidification and fragmentation process or the cooling process of cake like materials to reduce equipment footprint and further improve cooling and heat transfer efficiency
