RL melting granulator utilizes the low melting point characteristics of materials, and according to the viscosity range of the material in its molten state, a special fabric device is used to evenly distribute the molten liquid on the steel strip that moves uniformly below it. Under the cooling effect of the continuous spray device set below the steel strip, the material is cooled, solidified, and packaged during transportation, thereby achieving the purpose of granulation and forming.
RL melt granulator is a new type of (molten) forming granulator. The work changes from liquid to solid through transportation and cooling, and materials with a melting point range of 50 ℃ -300 ℃ can be granulated and formed. For the direct granulation process, fabric forms such as external rotation, internal rotation, reciprocating, and vibration excitation can be selected; For the process of crushing condensation flakes, fabric forms such as gate type, tube type, and multi roll rolling can be selected; For the cooling process of solid powder, vibrating fabric and other forms of fabric distributors can also be used.
According to the needs of physical properties, technology, and layout, double-layer or multi-layer steel strip cooling can also be used for the condensation solidification and fragmentation process or the cooling process of cake like materials to reduce equipment footprint and further improve cooling and heat transfer efficiency
