Application: This equipment as a common product in producing herbal medicine, it is often used to extract effective ingredients from Chinese herbal medicine and perfume oil in such fields as pharmaceutical manufacturing, biology, food, chemical industry etc.
Characteristics:
A. Its strictly produced based on the standard of pressure vessel, polished in both internal and external side. In accordance with GMP requirements.
B. Its made up of the main jar, foam breaker, condenser, cooler, oil-water separator, filter etc.
C. There are mainly vertical barrel type, positive cone, mushroom type, reverse cone etc. According to the requirements, mixing equipment can be installed.
D. Therere several optional types to install slag-removing door, like double-cylinders, multi-cylinder, spiral and engaging type.
E. As the clients requirement to improve the production affectivity, filter area can be increased when liquid flows out.

A6: For standard small machines, the machines will be packed with no take apart, it comes to you to be a complete machine; you just need to connect power and compressed air to machine, then begin to operate the machine.
For large size machines, we will take the machine apart, on condition that we do our best to keep the machine easy to assembly.
