The drug counting machine bottle packaging linkage production line consists of a circular bottle sorting machine, an electronic counting machine, a desiccant insertion machine, a rotary press machine, an electromagnetic induction aluminum foil sealing machine, and a self-adhesive round bottle side labeling machine.
Full line compatibility is strong, compatible with solid preparations such as tablets (including opposite sex tablets), capsules, soft capsules (transparent, opaque), pills, or solid particles (such as candies, nuts, preserves, etc.).
High level of intelligence: Each unit has a Chinese English dialogue control panel. Multiple self checking alarm functions, good linkage across the entire line, and smooth operation.
High efficiency: From an operational perspective, it is easy to operate, adjust, clean, and has low operating and maintenance costs. The number of operators only needs about three people.
Small footprint (with a usable area of less than 30 square meters for private rooms) and low energy consumption.
Adopting human-machine interface control panel (touch screen), the control system adopts PLC.

l This machine is used for loading and oriented supply of round/square plastic containers to the automatic line .
l Consists of bottle storage hopper , bottle elevating structure , bottle unscramble structure and electric control system . With the large bottle storage hopper of volume around 0.45m³and overload protection , it lowers bottle feeding frequency and reduce operator labor intensity .
l The bottle turnover structure and air blowing down structure ensures every bottle to be discharged by bottle-mouth upward.
l The photo sensor is installed to detect bottle jam or bottle lacking on conveyor. The Machine will be paused automatically if bottles jammed . whereas , it will automatically supply bottles if no bottle on conveyor .
l 304 Stainless steel frame and transparent enclosure panels .
l Easy to dismantle with a minimum amount of parts for clean up .
Equipped with Premium Infrared Sensor to increase the infrared intensity automatically for 100% counting accuracy .
Maximum counting amount is up to 9,999 pcs per container.
The counter has two-stage vibrators to infeed tablets or capsules; vibrating frequency adjustable for quick and stable infeeding .
Equipped with a buffer bucket to blockade the capsules/tablets fallings while containers are moving. This design allows the vibrating feeder continuous running.
Bottles are positioned and changed by air cylinder to ensure accuracy positioning prior to filling to avoid spillage.
