The vibrating fluidized bed dryer consists of a fabric system, an inlet air filtration system, a heating and cooling system, a main engine, a separation and dust removal system, a discharge system, an exhaust system, a control system, etc. During operation, the material is fed into the drying chamber of the vibrating fluidized bed dryer by the fabric feeder. The material meets with hot and cold air in the drying chamber, forming a fluidized state for heat and mass transfer, completing drying and cooling. A small amount of fine powder is carried by the wind and enters the cyclone separator. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material settles along the cylinder wall and is separated. The trace amount of fine powder that has not been separated by the cyclone separator enters the bag filter, is captured and recovered, and the humid air is discharged. Control system: The pressure measurement and temperature measurement signals from the inlet and outlet, as well as the transmitter signals from the temperature measurement points, are transmitted to the DCS. The temperature at the hot air inlet needs to be remotely controlled by controlling the steam ratio reversing valve to keep the inlet temperature within the set range. The main parts of the system control and display signals (including temperature, wind pressure, etc.) are displayed on the instrument cabinet.
