Introduction:
The conical spiral belt vacuum dryer adopts tank jacket heating, which increases the heat exchange area and greatly improves the heating efficiency.
The propeller agitator lifts and continuously shears and disperses the material during operation. It ensures that all materials in the container can move fully and that the materials are not subjected to any external force except for lifting from the propeller, eliminating ineffective friction between the materials and the tank body.
The unique propeller stirring not only meets the mixing effect, but also increases the heating area and shear crushing effect, avoiding the agglomeration or granulation phenomenon caused by material thermal sensitivity.
Under the power drive, the screw belt inside the tank slowly rotates and lifts, and the materials inside the tank are fully mixed and evenly distributed, thereby achieving the purpose of strengthening drying.
Equipment principle
The equipment mainly consists of a drive system, a motor reducer, a frame, bearings, a conical cylinder (with a jacket), a stirring screw, a sampling valve, a packing seal, and other components. By using a direct connection between a motor reducer and a stirring screw belt, with variable frequency speed regulation, the screw belt stirrer can achieve a bottom-up spiral circulation mixing effect for materials. Flexible graphite packing is used for sealing between the mixing shaft and the head to prevent external impurities from entering. Both the conical cylinder and the elliptical head are equipped with jackets, which can accommodate different types of heat media and withstand certain pressures. They can be heated while stirring and mixing to achieve the purpose of material drying.
