The GHL series wet mixing granulator is mainly composed of a frame and its accessories, a material cylinder and cylinder head functional components, a stirring blade and its transmission device, a cutting blade and its transmission device, a discharge device, a wet particle granulation system, a spraying device, an electrical control system, a pneumatic control system, and other parts.

working principle

The material enters the material tank through manual feeding or vacuum feeding, and is fluidized by mechanical force under the action of stirring slurry, forming a good motion trajectory in the silo and achieving uniform mixing. After injecting adhesive, the bridge between the material powders is formed into small particles, which gradually grow and form particles that meet the requirements under the mechanical force of the mixing blade.
