1. This device can attach single or double-sided (short label) round bottles.

2. Power type synchronous tension control supply label, stable and fast supply, ensuring label delivery speed and labeling accuracy.

3. The bottle separation mechanism uses synchronous sponge wheels for stepless speed regulation, and the bottle separation distance can be set arbitrarily.

4. The calibration mechanism uses synchronous chains to ensure smooth and accurate calibration.

5. The pressing mechanism uses screw adjustment, with precise action and a wide adjustment range, which can adapt to various specifications of bottles.

6. The label synchronization positioning mechanism has a label positioning error of plus or minus 1mm.

10. The reason why the label does not bubble is due to screw compression, the screw compression mechanism on the servo motor conveyor belt, and the servo motor conveyor belt below. The speed of bottle clamping transmission is about 0.5 seconds faster than the label pasting speed, making the label tight and flat.
