Features:
This machine consists of a hopper, an oscillation chamber, a coupling, and a motor. The oscillation chamber is composed of eccentric wheels, rubber software, main shaft, bearings, etc. The adjustable eccentric hammer is driven by a motor to reach the centerline of the main shaft. In an unbalanced state, centrifugal force is generated, causing a change in material strength and forming a track vortex inside the screen. The amplitude of the heavy hammer adjuster should be adjusted according to different materials and screens.
The whole machine has a compact structure, small size, no dust, low noise, high output, low energy consumption, and is easy to move and maintain.

Description:
The machine consist of hopper, vibrating chamber, couple and motor. There are eccentric wheel, rubber software, main shaft and shaft-bearing in the vibration chamber. The adjustable eccentric hammer is driven to the center line through the motor, cause centrifuged force under the state of unbalance and so that the materials from regular eddy. The amplitude of the hammer may be adjusted according to the property of material and the mesh screen.
It is compact in structure, small in volume, thightness dust free, noise-free, high output, low in energy consumption, easy to move and easy to maintain.
The vibrating sieve are highly suitable for the purposes of screening for grains and powders and for filtering serous fluids.
