1、 Main purpose and characteristics:

This machine is widely used for mixing dry powder and granules in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, dyes, feed, fertilizers, pesticides, etc. Especially suitable for mixing various large tonnage materials.

The mixing cylinder is a cylindrical material cylinder without any mixing device inside. It rotates around its axis of symmetry and oscillates "invertible" around a horizontal axis, forcing the materials inside the cylinder to undergo both diffusion mixing and horizontal movement mixing. This machine has a short mixing time, high mixing uniformity, and multiple functions that can crush and mix simultaneously.

The mixing cylinder of this machine participates in swinging while driving, allowing the materials in the cylinder to be fully mixed. 3、 Working principle

The two-dimensional mixer is mainly composed of three parts: a rotary drum, a swing frame, and a frame. The drum is mounted on a swing frame, supported by four rollers and axially positioned by two gear wheels. Among the four supporting rollers, two transmission wheels are driven by a rotating power system to rotate the drum. The swing frame is driven by a set of crank swing rod mechanisms, which are mounted on the frame. The swing frame is supported on the frame by bearing components.

4、 Product features:
