This machine is designed for pressing round tablets from various granular materials, applicable to lab used for research and development and to small-scale production. as its feature, it is a small desk-top continuous press driven by motor or man-power. Only one set of punch and die is mounted, the depth of the filling material and the thickness of the tablets can be adjusted.

The single punch tablet press compresses various granular raw materials into circular pieces, suitable for laboratory trial production or small-scale production of various tablets, sugar tablets, calcium tablets, shaped tablets, etc. It is a small desktop electric (manual) continuous tablet press machine, equipped with a set of punching dies, and the filling depth and tablet thickness of the material can be adjusted. We can provide various shapes of molds according to customer requirements.

The punch of the single punch press enters the middle die hole from the lower end of the middle die hole, seals the bottom of the middle die hole, and fills the middle die hole with medicine using a feeder. The punch of the upward punch enters the middle die hole from the upper end and descends a certain distance to press the medicine powder into pieces; Subsequently, the upper punch rises and exits the hole, while the lower punch rises to push the tablet out of the middle mold hole, completing one tablet pressing process; Lower down to the original position and prepare to fill again.
