KCL20 Vertical Ultrasonic Bottle Washing Machine consists of a base, a drum, a screw lifting mechanism, a transmission mechanism, a water pump, a filter, and other components. After the bottle is filled with water, it enters the sink for ultrasonic washing for 1 minute. Then it is transmitted by a screw to the lifting wheel, and after lifting, it is clamped by the large drum mechanical arm. The mechanical arm flips it 180 degrees until the bottle mouth faces downwards, and then alternately cleans it with water and gas. After cleaning, the bottle is flipped over by a robotic arm and sent out to the sterilization oven through a synchronous belt.
All parts on the machine that come into contact with the cleaning solution are made of 304 stainless steel and non-toxic and corrosion-resistant materials. All work areas are enclosed with transparent PC glass to prevent external environmental pollution. The machine is equipped with a terminal filter to ensure that the washing water and compressed air meet the clean washing requirements.

The water temperature of the water tank is automatically controlled at a constant temperature and equipped with a water level control switch to prevent the equipment from starting the water pump, ultrasonic waves, and heating elements in a dry state. The water and gas pipeline is equipped with a pressure display, and the pressure can be adjusted through a diaphragm valve. When connected, it can receive signals from the sterilization oven and sealing machine, and automatically shut down when bottle squeezing occurs.
