Operation process

1. Place the host steadily, open the oil filling cover, and add lubricating oil to the gearbox until it reaches the oil mark.

2. Move the spray bracket to the right side of the main unit, place the spray gun in the main unit's clothes pot, and adjust it to a reasonable position. Add coating solution to the liquid cup.

3. Connect the power, turn on the main engine speed control switch, and adjust the main engine speed and rotation direction.

4. Connect the gas and liquid pipes to add liquid to the liquid cup, turn on the gas and liquid switches, and adjust the spray gun and spray direction.

5. Align the hair dryer mouth with the pot mouth to adjust the heating temperature and direction.

6. After the above processes are prepared, start the main motor and let the machine idle for 2 minutes to determine if there are any faults. After confirming that everything is normal, the air compressor can be started with an air pressure of approximately 4-6 kg/cm3.

7. Loading: Pour the pill core to be coated into the coating roller, and fix the gun bracket and spray gun into the pot.

8. Turn on the power switch, and if necessary, turn on the air supply and internal heating switches to coat the materials.

9. Discharge: Turn the spray gun and blower device out of the drum, remove the coating pot, and pour out the material.
