Composition and function:
1. Cover delivery oscillation disc: Manually place the cover into the oscillation disc, and the oscillation will automatically send the cover into the fixed pressing position in the set direction.
2. Tablet feeding section: Tablet feeding section: Manually place the tablets into the tablet hopper, automatically rub and arrange them onto each track, and automatically deliver the tablets to the loading position. When a bottle is detected at the loading position, the tablet feeding cylinder automatically feeds the tablets into the bottle.
3. Upper bottle section: Manually place the bottles in the same direction into the bottle hopper, and the machine automatically arranges the bottles and sends them to the loading position.
4. Capping part: When a bottle and tablets are detected, the capping part will automatically press the lid into the bottle mouth. No or few pieces without capping, and automatically remove bottles without capping.
5. Electric control part: The entire operation process of the equipment is controlled by PLC and automatically executed in sequence. When a certain packaging material is missing, it will automatically sound an alarm and delay the shutdown.
Main materials: 1. The countertop is made of steel and painted, the countertop cover is made of 304 material, and the rest is made of aluminum alloy oxide and 304 stainless steel. All parts in contact with the tablet are made of 316 stainless steel material
