Machine features
This machine adopts an AC brushless motor to achieve stepless speed regulation, which can meet the powder removal requirements of different production volumes and drugs. The height and angle of the inlet and outlet can be adjusted within a certain range to meet different work requirements; The bottom of the machine base is equipped with casters, which can easily move the machine to the work site. This machine consists of a feeding hopper, a power box, a screening box, a screening drum, a blowing device, a discharge port, a frame, a speed control device, a transmission mechanism, and other parts. The sheets are fed into the screening drum from the feeding hopper, and the screening drum is driven to rotate by a power box composed of an AC speed control motor and a reduction mechanism. The sheets are transported along the spiral plate in the screening drum in the circumferential direction at the discharge port. The mesh holes on the screening drum gently grind the edges of the sheets, and the compressed air blowing device continuously blows the surface of the sheets at close range. The dust is separated into "sheets" and "powder" by the screening drum under the action of jet airflow, centrifugal force, and gravity. At the same time, the dust is sucked into the dust collection device with the suction airflow, and finally the dust and burrs adsorbed on the surface of the sheets are removed. Part of it. The machine can adjust the working height and angle of the feeding and discharging ports with the help of lifting support rods and locking handles.
usage method
1. Before use, it is necessary to check whether the power supply voltage meets the specified voltage of the machine.
2. When using, align the feeding hopper of this machine with the dispensing nozzle of the tablet press. Regularly clean the dust hopper inside the sieve tube according to usage. Dust can also be sucked out through the powder suction port under the action of vacuum.
3. If any abnormal noise is found during use, stop using immediately, cut off the power, and continue using after troubleshooting.
