Features of DPP-250B Flat Plate Fully Automatic Aluminum plastic blister Packaging Machine:
1. Equipped with fiber optic or inductive self checking mechanisms, it can automatically remove missing particles and waste plates, resulting in a high packaging yield.
2. The forming, heat sealing, batch marking, indentation, punching and other devices all use a toothed spindle for positioning, and can be easily moved on the spindle by shaking the handle. The machine is equipped with a ruler and a fastening nut for easy calibration and positioning.
3. The molds for molding, heat sealing, indentation, etc. are positioned with small nails, and the pressure plate is fixed tightly, making mold replacement convenient and accurate, and saving packaging materials.
4. Flat structure, plate heating, mechanical (positive pressure) forming, upper and lower mesh, cylinder heat sealing, mechanical arm traction, adjustable stroke, suitable for packaging of different sizes of plates, easy to operate.
5. The main transmission part adopts a parallel axis helical gear reducer, which runs smoothly, has low noise, and has a long service life.
6. Other manufacturers use concave convex matching locking molds for hard aluminum molding, leaving a circle of grooves on the plate. They have to extend the traction stroke by more than 2mm in order to cut off the grooves as waste edges, resulting in a cumulative waste of materials of hundreds of thousands of yuan per year. The hard aluminum forming of this equipment adopts imported special rubber locking molds, with a smooth forming surface. Each punching can save more than 2mm of material by about 2.5%. Due to the high price of formed aluminum, our equipment can save you a lot of materials every year, resulting in significant economic benefits.
